Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Operations, or related field.
• Foundation in data analytics, data quality, reporting, or process improvement.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to investigate incomplete information.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and manage recurring daily tasks.
• Professional written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze automated and ad hoc CRM reports to identify opportunities meeting tracking criteria.
• Use Excel to reconcile reports and flag data gaps or inconsistencies.
• Add approved opportunities to the Product Realization Dashboard with required fields.
• Create and organize SharePoint program directories and folders.
• Approve initial submissions and manage checklists for new opportunities.
• Monitor Power BI dashboards for data completeness and status updates.
• Verify health indicators and escalate conflicts to owners.
• Ensure programs have assigned managers and coordinate missing information.
• Send follow-up communications to owners when updates are needed.
• Support dashboard access requests and basic user enablement.
