Job summary

UHY is seeking a Data Operations Intern to join the Shared Resources team in Kansas City. You will assist in compiling, manipulating, and analyzing client data, supporting audit workflows, and developing Excel-based analyses.

The role is ideal for students nearing graduation who want hands-on analytics experience, build technical skills, and collaborate with staff at all levels on process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Active enrollment in a bachelor’s program related to business.
• Completion of at least two business courses.

Responsibilities

• Assist audit staff with basic tasks such as sample selections for procedures.
• Use Excel and analytic tools to organize and review financial information.
• Convert client reports (PDFs) into Excel to support workflows.
• Work through a queue of requests to meet deadlines.
