Job summary

Global Partners LP seeks an Advanced Analytics Intern to support quantitative analysis and data-driven decision making across core business units. You will gain hands-on experience with a modern cloud analytics stack, turning raw data into insights that inform operations.

The role reports to the Central Analytics team and offers exposure to statistical methods, data validation, and collaboration with analysts to deliver actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL queries to surface clean, analysis-ready datasets.
• Familiarity with Python or R for forecasting and analysis.
• Ability to create dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Ability to perform data validation to ensure reproducibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct exploratory data analysis on operational and financial datasets to surface trends and anomalies.
• Write and refine SQL queries against our cloud data warehouse to build clean datasets.
• Support statistical analyses such as forecasting and experiment evaluation using Python or R.
• Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations for business stakeholders.
