Job summary

Randstad USA's client, a growing global wealth management and financial services organization, seeks a Data Operations & Reporting Associate to join its newly established Data Operations and Reporting team in New York.

You will help ensure that critical business data is accurate, accessible, well-governed, and actionable, partnering with Operations, Technology, Platform, and client-facing teams to improve data workflows and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience within wealth management, financial services, operations, or data-related roles.
• Experience with systems relating to performance reporting and client relationship management, Addepar (required) and Salesforce
• Understanding of data governance and data quality management principles
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills with a heavy emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
• Solutions-oriented mindset with focus on process improvement and automation

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and day-to-day execution of the Data Operations function to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency
• Assist in monitoring and resolving data integrity issues, including escalation items for advisors and clients
• Identify opportunities to automate data processes and reduce manual workflows across the business
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, and Platform teams to improve data workflows and user experience
• Contribute to the development of a center of excellence for reporting, modeling, and analytics
• Support data governance, security, and control frameworks to ensure high data quality standards
• Assist in new product development initiatives and evaluation of tools or technologies to improve reporting and data access
• Prepare materials and analysis using Excel and PowerPoint to support internal and client-facing initiatives
