Job summary

Aegon Asset Management is seeking an Intermediate Data Operations Analyst to ensure data quality across security, analytics, benchmarks, and pricing for daily and monthly processes. This role collaborates with Portfolio Management, Trading, Operations, IT, and Risk Management.

Applicants must have a Finance-related bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in financial services or technical analysis, with strong Excel skills and customer service. Hybrid work in Cedar Rapids, IA is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related fields.
• Three (3) plus years of related experience in financial services industry or technical analysis.
• High proficiency with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Data Operations functions and impacts on downstream processes, infrastructure, and clients.
• Oversee delivery of service from Third Party Service Providers; complete assigned data tasks as required.
• Perform business analysis to determine best practices within daily production and projects.
• Maintain a continuous improvement mindset to enhance data quality and customer service.
