Job summary

AffirmedRx is seeking a detail-oriented Data Operations role focused on the operational health of eligibility and accumulator data exchanges with TPAs. You will build automations, monitor file workflows, and support data operations projects from scoping to delivery.

You will administer SFTP connections, monitor file receipt and counts, and troubleshoot mismatches with TPAs. This role requires collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure data integrity and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Experience with SFTP and file transfer workflows in regulated environments.
• Ability to design automated data workflows and monitoring.
• Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer SFTP connections, folders, credentials, and user access for eligibility and accumulator files.
• Monitor file receipt, delivery, layout, and counts across clients and TPAs.
• Design, build, and maintain automated file workflows to reduce manual handling.
• Test and document automations, including failure handling and recovery.
• Troubleshoot accumulator discrepancies by reconciling claims with TPAs and carriers.
• Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for TPAs and coordinate changes with internal teams.
