Job summary

Galent in Hartford, CT is seeking a seasoned Data & Analytics Program Manager to lead large-scale modernization from legacy SSIS/SQL Server to Snowflake and cloud-native architectures. You will serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders, data engineering teams and leadership, driving discovery, design, migration, validation and stabilization.

The role requires managing distributed teams onshore and offshore, ensuring timelines, quality benchmarks and cost controls, while

Qualifications

Experience leading data modernization programs across large enterprises.
Insurance domain knowledge is a plus (preferred).
Exposure to AI-driven data engineering automation frameworks and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of data modernization programs including discovery, design, migration, validation and stabilization.
Drive execution across multiple pods and cross-functional teams onshore and offshore.
Ensure adherence to timelines, quality benchmarks and cost controls; provide technical mentorship.
Drive governance forums, executive program reviews, and risk management activities.
Interface with business stakeholders, data engineering teams and leadership to align requirements.
