Qualifications:

1. 10+ years of hands-on experience in Data Architecture, Data Science, and/or Data Modeling.
2. Extensive knowledge of relational, hierarchical, OLAP, and Big Data concepts.
3. Proficiency with modeling and metadata management tools.
4. Expertise in Data Management methodologies, including architecture, modeling, storage, and security.
5. Good understanding of data governance, strategies, goals, principles, and policies.
6. Prior experience in data integration, interoperability, and data quality solutions.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
8. Working knowledge of modeling tools such as Erwin, Enterprise Architect, etc.
9. Exceptional skills in physical, logical, and conceptual data modeling.
10. Ability to normalize data models from scratch.
11. In-depth knowledge of at least one modeling tool such as Erwin or Enterprise Architect.
