Job summary

MedReview Inc. seeks a Data Mining Ideation Coordinator to support daily administrative, technical, and QA activities for the Data Mining Ideation team. You will maintain client docs, manage access requests, and track operational activities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with audit, analytics, and operations teams while upholding confidentiality and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of administrative, operations, healthcare, claims, or related business support experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with large datasets, filters, lookups, data comparisons, and tracking tools.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems, portals, ticketing platforms, and tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to document processes and maintain accurate records.
• Experience managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, organize, and track client documents, contracts, exclusion files, and references.
• Create, submit, monitor, and follow up on IT service tickets for access and tech support.
• Coordinate file exchanges with clients and internal teams and archive appropriately.
• Assist with QA reviews by comparing claims data in Excel against contracts and references.
• Maintain master library of audit concepts, training materials, and reference resources.
• Manage shared folders, trackers, and operational documentation.
• Archive outdated documentation and maintain clean folder structures.
• Support workflows with clerical, tracking, reporting, and follow-up tasks.
• Monitor user access to client portals and troubleshoot access issues.
• Support QA initiatives to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide timely status updates on requests, blockers, and milestones.
• Collaborate with audit, analytics, operations, and client-facing teams.
