Job summary

Zelis Healthcare, LLC seeks a Product Manager for Data Mining Solutions to lead the roadmap and lifecycle of Zelis' data mining offerings. You will coordinate planning, requirements, prioritization, and release readiness across stakeholders, shaping AI-enabled capabilities and consistent product performance.

You will drive strategy translation, collaborate with domain SMEs, and ensure scalable product delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or commensurate with experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product, business analysis, healthcare technology, or related field.
• Experience managing a product roadmap and lifecycle.
• Translate business needs into product requirements and coordinated delivery plans.
• Strong stakeholder management with analytical, planning, and communication skills.
• Experience in Agile and/or Kanban environments.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience supporting AI, ML, automation, or analytics-enabled products.
• Familiarity with responsible AI practices and AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Translate Data Mining strategy into an actionable product roadmap.
• Maintain and communicate the roadmap across stakeholders.
• Develop plans for new capabilities, enhancements, and integrations.
• Prioritize initiatives based on strategy, value, feasibility, and resources.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and sequencing for roadmap delivery.
• Prepare roadmap materials for senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI and automation into the roadmap.
• Define outcomes, requirements, and success measures for initiatives.
• Track product performance and adoption post-launch.
• Coordinate release scope, readiness, and training.
