Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product, business analysis, healthcare technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing a product roadmap and supporting products through the full development lifecycle.
• Experience translating business needs into product requirements and coordinated delivery plans.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, planning, and communication skills.
• Experience working in an Agile and/or Kanban product development environment.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience supporting AI, machine learning, automation, or analytics-enabled products.
• Familiarity with responsible AI practices, model monitoring, human-in-the-loop workflows, and AI product governance.

Responsibilities

• Translate Data Mining strategy into an actionable product roadmap and lifecycle.
• Lead planning, prioritization, and release readiness across stakeholders.
• Define outcomes, success measures, and operational impacts for roadmap initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations and Technology to assess scalability and usability.
• Gather stakeholder input and translate into features and backlog items.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, and customer value; adjust roadmap as needed.
