Job summary

Energie Noire is seeking a Data Migration Lead to define the migration strategy and coordinate end-to-end data management, from cleansing to loading into the target system. You will drive a Migration Kit to enable parallel ERP deployments across sites through partners.

You will lead design phases, manage migration streams, and ensure active involvement of stakeholders including functional consultants and client representatives. Fluent English required; German/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Expertise in migration tools and end-to-end data migration processes.
• Proven project management experience with multi-team coordination across Europe.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with data interdependencies.
• Fluent English; knowledge of German or Spanish is a plus.
• Experience coordinating nearshore teams and stakeholder updates.

Responsibilities

• Define the migration strategy and collect migration objects.
• Lead design phases with migration teams and manage the migration stream.
• Implement and improve strategy with active stakeholder involvement.
• Prepare and manage migration teams through test, pre-production and production.
• Contribute to development processes and ensure technical excellence.
