PwC is seeking a Bank Platform Transformation - Data Migration-Conversion Lead - Manager to guide clients through data migration and conversion within our Core Banking Technology sector. You will lead teams, manage client accounts, and ensure successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion of projects.

You will mentor junior staff, drive delivery quality, and partner with leadership to align on timelines and outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 4 years of experience in banking transformation or data migration.

Responsibilities

Leading data migration and conversion projects within banking and capital markets
Analyzing client needs to implement software solutions that optimize operational efficiency
Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
