PwC in Tampa is seeking a Bank Platform Transformation - Data Migration-Conversion Lead - Manager to guide complex data migration and conversion initiatives within Core Banking Technology. You will lead teams, manage client accounts, and ensure successful budgeting, planning, execution, and delivery of multi-faceted transformation programs.

As a Manager, you’ll mentor junior staff, drive quality, and foster innovation in technology-enabled processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
At least 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Leading data migration and conversion projects within banking and capital markets
Analyzing client needs to implement software solutions that optimize operational efficiency
Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
Guiding teams in the integration and utilization of business applications
