Job summary

Padmore Global Connections LLC is seeking a Data Migration Analyst to migrate DB2-LUW data to PostgreSQL in a hybrid Atlanta setting. You will plan, execute, and validate data migrations, ensuring data quality through cleansing and validation steps.

You will develop SQL scripts and ETL processes while coordinating with developers and maintaining SharePoint documentation. The role requires strong SQL, data mapping, and experience with both DB2 and PostgreSQL environments, with a focus on data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field plus four years of related experience, or a Master's degree.
• Two years of experience at the lower-level Database Migration Analyst position equivalent.
• Five years experience with data migration processes.
• Five years experience with SQL and creating Stored Procedures.
• Three years experience with a relational database (DB2, SQL Server).
• One year experience with PostgreSQL.
• One year experience with DBeaver Tool or IBM Data Studio.
• One year experience with Erwin Data Modeling Tool.
• One year experience with Microsoft Windows Server.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain moderately complex data migration tasks with data integrity.
• Develop and execute data migration strategies including data cleansing and validation.
• Create complex SQL scripts and stored procedures for ETL processes.
• Coordinate with Application Development SMEs to map data and optimize ETL.
• Maintain documentation and status on a SharePoint site.
