Job summary

Liberty Mutual is seeking a Data Marketplace Platform Administrator to own the operational health, reliability, and scalability of the Data Marketplace platform. You will coordinate releases, monitor performance, resolve incidents, and support IAM/access workflows, collaborating with Security/IAM/Compliance and enterprise tech teams.

The role is an individual contributor with a hybrid work setup (2 days onsite); locations include Boston, MA and other specified U.S. sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer, or a related field.
• 10+ years in platform operations or engineering for enterprise data, analytics, or SaaS platforms.
• 5+ years in monitoring, integrations, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate marketplace platform releases and vendor updates.
• Monitor platform performance, availability, and health.
• Diagnose and resolve platform incidents and operational issues.
• Coordinate with enterprise tech teams on integrations and dependencies.
• Manage platform capacity and scalability as usage grows.
• Facilitate access request and approval workflows for new assets/permissions.
