Job summary

Liberty Mutual is seeking a Data Marketplace Solution Engineer to own operations and administration of the GRS Data Marketplace platform. You will coordinate releases, monitor performance, and ensure secure, scalable data access while working with product, security, and enterprise technology teams.

The role partners with the Data & Analytics team to shape data solutions across the organization, offering collaboration with vendor and implementation partners and ensuring alignment with marketplace

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer, or a related field.
10 years of platform operations or engineering with enterprise data, analytics, or SaaS.
5+ years experience in platform monitoring, integrations, and vendor coordination with uptime expectations.
Comfortable partnering with product, security, and enterprise technology teams.
Working knowledge of data governance, access controls, and cloud/SaaS platform administration (Atlan a plus).
Experience coordinating with vendor and implementation partners on platform delivery.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate marketplace platform releases and vendor updates to maintain core features.
Monitor platform performance, availability, and operational health.
Diagnose and resolve platform incidents and operational issues.
Coordinate with enterprise technology teams on integrations and dependencies tied to marketplace roadmap commitments.
Manage platform capacity and scalability as usage grows.
Facilitate access request and approval workflows for new assets or permissions not already provisioned.
