We are seeking a Data Management Intern to learn and contribute to data improvement and data readiness initiatives across the organization. Working with guidance from data managers and cross-functional partners, the intern will gain practical exposure to data taxonomies, data concepts, lineage, quality, governance and migration activities that support modern digital solutions.
The internship will also provide hands-on learning in how well-prepared, trusted and accessible data supports AI-enabled workflows. The intern will learn to use approved AI tools responsibly to research, organize, summarize, validate and enhance work products, while applying human review and established data governance practices. The role supports initiatives that advance digitization and the responsible adoption of generative AI technologies across Ratings and Research activities.
The Ratings Data and Business Digitalization team drives data and process design and change management for scalable digitization across critical business initiatives, including workflows, analytics, Insights, and Content. The group works collectively with stakeholders in other lines of business, Product Management, User Experience designers, developers, control functions and others to document current-state processes, define requirements for improvement, identify and map required data elements, and lead simplification initiatives. The group operates in an Agile, product-centric model that delivers digital solutions and incremental improvements to processes, data and user tools.
As part of Moody's Ratings (MR), the R&R Data Strategy team leads the design for Data Readiness that enable digital transformation and scalability across the organization globally.
