Job summary

Frontage Laboratories is seeking an Associate Data Management Specialist to oversee data transfers between clients and internal systems and generate reports per SOPs and regulations.

You will collaborate with LIS Application Specialist, project managers, and QA to ensure data elements are correctly captured, transferred, and documented, with compliance to HIPAA, GDPR, GLP, and CLIA where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the STEM field or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerQuery.
• Knowledge or experience of SQL is a great plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project meetings to understand study protocol and capture data elements for reporting.
• Coordinate with LIS Application Specialist to ensure data elements are set up correctly in the system.
• Create Data Transfer Agreements (DTA) with project managers and clients.
• Build and maintain data management templates for internal reporting and external transfer.
• Create processes to export/import data from LIS/LIMS and other systems.
• Work with QA to ensure data accuracy in reports and transfers.
• Ensure transfers comply with agreements and regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, GLP, CLIA).
• Assist with development of departmental data management procedures.
