You will develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and coordinate with internal teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, five years in child welfare, and experience with CoBRIS or similar systems, plus strong data management and Microsoft Office skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Minimum five (5) years of child welfare experience.
• Experience with child welfare and eWiSACWIS.
• Experience with CoBRIS, Avi Networks, Qwest, etc.
• Experience with project management and information tracking.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee CoBRIS regarding troubleshooting and collaborate with providers, staff and leaders to ensure accurate, thorough and timely documentation for payments.
• Ensure accuracy of provider profiles and manage access in CoBRIS.
• Track and manage service provider agreements and MOUs.
• Manage data entry for Discretionary Service Forms (DSFs) and MOUs for payments to vendors.
• Train agencies/providers on data system and new features.
