Job summary

eNcloud Services LLC in Houston, TX, seeks an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of data and analytics platform initiatives. You will partner with product owners, data engineers, scientists, and business stakeholders to define scope, roadmaps, and delivery plans.

You will manage Agile/Hybrid delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive governance, testing, and deployment activities to ensure on-time, within-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of Project/Program Management experience delivering enterprise technology, Data & Analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing Palantir Foundry implementations or product teams is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms, data engineering, data integration, analytics, cloud technologies, APIs, and data transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience managing Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Hybrid delivery models, including backlog management, sprint planning, release coordination, and dependency management.
• Proficiency with project management and Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, and/or Primavera P6, with strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Palantir Foundry initiatives or similar enterprise data and analytics platform implementations, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Partner with Product Owners, platform developers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders to define scope, priorities, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
• Manage Agile/Hybrid project execution, including backlog planning, sprint coordination, release planning, dependency management, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Data & Analytics, Enterprise Applications, Cloud, Infrastructure, Integration, Security, and business organizations.
• Support development and implementation of data pipelines, data products, analytics applications, workflows, and operational use cases by coordinating technical and business teams.
• Track project schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, resource utilization, and delivery metrics through effective project governance.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive communications to drive decisions and maintain alignment.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, and data governance teams to ensure platform implementations align with enterprise standards and requirements.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, release readiness, production deployments, and post-implementation stabilization activities.
• Manage vendor coordination, resource planning, technical dependencies, and delivery risks across complex data and analytics initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, team collaboration, platform adoption, and Agile execution.
• Build strong relationships with business and technical leadership while providing proactive delivery oversight, issue resolution, and executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of Project/Program Management experience delivering enterprise technology, Data & Analytics, data platform, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing Palantir Foundry implementations or product teams is highly preferred; candidates with project management experience on similar enterprise data, analytics, AI, or cloud data platforms will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms, data engineering, data integration, analytics, cloud technologies, APIs, and data transformation initiatives.
