Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Data Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of data management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Workday and/or Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of key metric reporting relating to projects, execution and billing.
• Support Operations and Finance team with other duties as required.
• Adhere to a culture of quality within the Division and meet client expectations.
• Prioritize timely communication and task completion with internal teams and clients.
• Assist in troubleshooting and enhancing the enterprise data management system.
• Update and maintain data, project and resource management systems.
• Support training of the DJ Basin team to use the Project Management system.
• Develop user manuals and requested dashboards.
• Manage environmental data using custom database tools and run/modify reports.
• Respond to client data requests and automate processes when applicable.
