JT4, LLC, a defense contractor serving U.S. Air Force, Space Force and Navy, seeks a Data Management and Processing Branch Supervisor I to lead the Data Management and Processing groups across our supported sites.

Responsibilities include directing staff, establishing guidelines, providing performance reports, mentoring supervisors, and coordinating with the department manager to keep programs on schedule and within budget. U.S. citizenship required; salary range $120,000–$160,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years related field with 2 years in supervision.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Valid state driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary JT4 point of contact for Data Management and Processing groups.
• Establish guidelines to meet department requirements.
• Provide feedback and performance reports to management.
• Manage technical performance of work within the section.
• Mentor staff and develop career progression plans.
• Ensure training to promote continuous improvement.
