Job Opportunity Senior Lead for Enterprise Data Governance

Our client, a prominent leader in their industry based in Wayne, New Jersey, is currently seeking an experienced Data Management Manager to spearhead their internal data practice. This is a pivotal role reporting directly to the Director of IT, AI, and Automation, focusing on the strategic oversight of the company's information assets.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of the data management lifecycle, including the establishment of governance frameworks, quality control measures, master data management, and cataloging. You will be responsible for defining data policies and standards while managing the daily operations that ensure business information remains consistent and reliable across all corporate systems.

Key performance indicators for this role include improving master data quality metrics, minimizing record duplication, accelerating the onboarding processes for vendors and customers, and reducing operational issues stemming from data inaccuracies.
