Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Data Management Engineer III to drive technology-focused client delivery across complex engagements. You will manage executive-level interactions and lead workstreams from requirements through deployment.

The role requires 4+ years in content and CCM, with hands-on Exstream experience (v16.6+), a Bachelor’s degree, and up to 50% travel. Immigration sponsorship may be available. Salary range reflected below.

Qualifications

• 4+ years techno-functional experience with content and customer communications management solutions.
• 2+ years hands-on experience implementing OpenText Communications (Exstream; version 16.6 or above) for CCM and document generation, migrating from StreamServe or another legacy CCM platform.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients, stakeholders, and sponsors.
• Deliver components of client engagements focused on identifying, designing, and implementing technology and business solutions.
• Lead workstreams involving business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures.
• Develop project scope, schedules, resource plans, and deliverables; monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage project changes, risks, assumptions, constraints, and stakeholder communications throughout the engagement lifecycle.
