Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking an AI & Data Engineer II to drive client delivery of agentic AI solutions built with Claude, orchestrating tools and MCP-based integrations from proof of concept to production deployment.

You will lead small teams through requirements, design, and deployment, partner with client stakeholders to scope AI initiatives, ensure guardrails and responsible AI practices, and help modernize data platforms for scalable, secure enterprise outcomes.

Qualifications

3+ years designing, developing, and delivering AI/ML solutions.
2+ years Python AI/ML development.
1+ year designing/implementing production agentic workflows including orchestration, tool integration, state management, evaluation, guardrails, and human‑in‑the‑loop controls.
6+ months Claude Agent SDK experience (or MCP integrations).
6+ months deploying Anthropic Claude models via API or cloud platforms.
6+ months prompt/context engineering to improve AI solution performance.
1+ year leading project workstreams or engagements.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering/Data Science/AI.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred: consulting/client-facing delivery experience; Claude Cowork; Claude via major platforms; multi‑agent systems; governance.

Responsibilities

Design and build Generative AI and agentic solutions using Claude.
Implement agent orchestration, tool integration, and MCP-based integrations.
Deliver components of client engagements from design to production rollout.
Lead small teams through requirements gathering, design, and process mapping.
Monitor progress and mitigate delivery risks.
Communicate with client stakeholders and leadership clearly.
Design agentic AI solutions from PoC to production and modernize AI/ML platforms.
Advise on Generative AI adoption, responsible AI practices, and model/platform selection.
Partner with client tech, data, and business stakeholders to scope and deliver AI solutions.
