Elios, Inc. is seeking a senior Data Management Architect to own the data strategy and architecture for enterprise transformation programs.
You will enter client environments, assess current data landscapes, and chart a phased plan toward a governed, modern data platform that stakeholders trust. You will blend proposal leadership with delivery, shaping proposals and leading discovery workshops, then anchoring the solution once engagements are sold.
Location: Chicago, Detroit, Houston, Dallas, Austin, Charlotte, or Atlanta | Type: Full Time | Setup: Hybrid (2 to 3 days onsite) | Experience: 10+ years | Pay: Up to $185K base + 10-15% bonus
We're hiring a Data Management Architect to own the data strategy and architecture behind enterprise transformation programs. You'll walk into client environments that are often messy, ambiguous, and half-modernized, figure out what's really there, and lay out a phased path to a governed, modern data platform that people trust.
You'll join the Data and Analytics practice of a global AI-first technology consultancy that partners with well-known enterprises across industries. The role blends pursuit work and delivery: you'll shape proposals and lead discovery workshops, then stay on to anchor the solution once the work is sold. It's hybrid, with 2 to 3 days a week in a local office in one of seven metros, plus up to 25% travel to client sites as programs need it.
If you're the architect people pull into the room when the data questions get hard, and you'd rather design the answer than just document it, this is your kind of role.
You'll be part of a data practice that works across the full lifecycle, from ingestion and governance to analytics and applied AI, for clients whose names you'd recognize. The work spans industries and platforms, so you won't spend years solving the same problem twice, and you'll have a direct hand in shaping how engagements are scoped and won.
If you want senior-level ownership, variety in the work, and a team that treats data architecture as the foundation everything else depends on, this one is worth a conversation.
