Job summary

The position features a hybrid work arrangement during the transition period, with a move to our Cranberry location at year end. You will maintain master data, perform audits, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate data across vendors, customers, and items.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, data, pricing, or related fields.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of supply chain and accounting concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Problem-solving and research capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update vendor, customer, pricing, and item attributes for accurate commerce activities.
• Process sourcing documents across all areas of master data.
• Perform system audits to verify data accuracy against source documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure current information.
• Identify opportunities to streamline master data processes.
• Create and maintain policies, procedures, and SOPs for master data management.
• Research and resolve vendor and customer invoice discrepancies.
• Assist with projects and perform root cause analyses to develop corrective actions.
