Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Data Management Analyst to support Navy ship construction in Arlington, VA or Washington, DC. You will manage CDRLs, maintain data integrity, and coordinate across Shipbuilder and Services contracts within the IDE.

The role requires DoD Secret clearance, US citizenship, and a Bachelor’s degree (or Navy platform experience in lieu). Strong communication and MS Office/PowerApps skills are essential, with up to 10% travel expected.

Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
  • US Citizenship.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in data management.
  • 1 year of experience in data management or Navy platforms is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, PowerApps, and document management systems.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% and collaborate across locations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical data management support across all phases of CDRLs and correspondence handling.
  • Manage a virtual workflow database to support CDRL submissions.
  • Administer and update database user roles and access control.
  • Maintain real-time updates to CDRL distribution lists within the IDE.
  • Track and schedule CDRL submissions, changes, and DIDs.
  • Generate and interpret CDRL performance metrics.
  • Assist with modifications to active contract requirements and data monitoring.
  • Draft letters and prepare official correspondence and documentation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and workflow.
  • Analyze, query, and manipulate data per business rules.
