• Location: Charlotte, NC 28202 (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

What you’ll do

• Work with business + tech teams to fix data problems quickly
• Track issues, provide updates, and ensure timely resolution
• Handle stakeholder communication, reporting, and SLA tracking

Must-have skills

• Hands-on with tools like JIRA or similar
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting (FR Y-14 / Call Reports / 10-K / 10-Q)
• Understanding of data flow & lineage (source reporting)

Good to have

• Experience with reconciliation, variance analysis, or adjustments

Pay Range

$65- $70
