Strategic Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst - Integration for a 24-month remote engagement with quarterly in-person planning sessions in Charlotte, NC.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in CS or related field and strong SQL/Python/R skills, plus experience with data mapping, integration, and data quality management. The position offers a W2 rate of $63-65/hr with no 1099 or third-party intermediaries.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of data tools and programming languages such as R, Python, Power BI, Tableau or Apache Spark.
• Experience querying databases using SQL and other languages.
• Ability to translate numbers and trends into concrete business actions.
• Use of statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns and anomalies.
• Experience developing data models for databases, data warehouses, and data marts; gathering requirements and documenting data architecture.
• Hands-on data mapping, data integration, and SQL-based analysis for accurate data flows.
• Experience with data quality and metadata management including cleansing and deduplication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related degree.
• Understanding of data tools and programming languages such as R, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or Apache Spark.
• Successfully completed college-level courses, or equivalent training, within databases and searching in them.
• Highly skilled in querying and reporting information from databases using SQL and other querying languages.
• Demonstrates analytical thinking and the ability to translate numbers and trends into concrete business actions.
• Ability to use statistical techniques (regression, descriptive analytics) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Experience developing and maintaining conceptual, logical, and physical data models for databases, data warehouses, and data marts; gathering requirements from business and IT stakeholders and documenting data architecture.
• Hands-on experience with data mapping, data integration, and SQL-based data analysis, ensuring business rules are correctly implemented and data flows accurately between systems.
• Experience with data quality and metadata management, including data cleansing, deduplication, identifying redundant data, and documenting metadata down to the column level.

• Experience with Agile and JIRA.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems.
