Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering, with 3+ years leading teams.
• Proven track record shaping roadmaps and shipping outcomes.
• Strong cross-functional communication bridging engineering, product, and leadership.
• Experience with distributed streaming systems and scalable architectures.
• Deep PostgreSQL and graph-based data design experience.
• BSCS required; MSCS preferred.
