Job summary

Latitude Legal is recruiting Counsel/Senior Counsel for a leading global financial services and data organization in New York. This in-house role focuses on data licensing, market data licenses, and complex commercial contracts with top exchanges.

You will drive AI-enabled contract review, template development, and scalable playbooks while advising on strategic deals. The position is based in Midtown Manhattan, in-office five days a week, with a base salary range of $165,000 to $200,000 plus

Qualifications

• NY Bar admission + 3+ years PQE required.
• Experience negotiating market data licenses, data processing addenda, and exchange agreements.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory capabilities in financial services data context.

Responsibilities

• Shape the legal team’s adoption of AI for contract review, workflow automation, and template development.
• Draft, review, and negotiate market data licenses, redistribution arrangements, and exchange agreements across global markets.
• Provide business-minded legal advisory to cross-functional teams and manage high-stakes negotiations with governance and regulatory considerations.
