Wonderschool is hiring a Data Lead to build the data foundation powering our commercial product, a government platform, and AI coaching agents.

This is a hands-on role: you will write SQL, ship models, load data, and debug pipelines daily, owning a single, trusted model of providers, children, and families.

You will work with AI agents across the company to multiply output and automate workflows, reporting directly to the CEO. This is a founding data hire with broad scope and high impact.
