• Act as liaison between IT and operational units to align technology with business processes.
• Develop and deliver staff training programs for new technologies and data tools.
• Collaborate with the Office of Professional Development to assess training needs and outcomes.
• Manage technology upgrades and enterprise software implementations.
• Provide regular updates and metrics to Division leadership on projects and data performance.
• Establish project governance with timelines, resources, risk, and stakeholder communication.
