Job summary

React Health is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Columbus/Dublin-based team. You will analyze data across the business, build scalable BI solutions, and maintain data pipelines to enable reporting for sales, operations, and finance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a BI role, strong SQL, and experience with Power BI/Tableau. Proficiency in ETL/ELT and data warehouse concepts is required. This role is on-site with occasional collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a BI/analyst role or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IS, CS, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL, including complex queries and performance tuning.
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehouse concepts/tools (Snowflake, Databricks, dbt).

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis to derive insights on revenue, customer behavior, and operations.
• Develop and maintain data infrastructure, pipelines, and BI solutions for scalable reporting.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to present key metrics to stakeholders.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries and data models.
• Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure reliable data delivery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into data insights.
