Job summary

First American's ServiceMac team is seeking a Data Reconciliation Analyst to ensure accuracy of regulatory reporting and data integrity across multiple systems. The role focuses on coordinating with business and data teams to support the Regulatory group with reconciliations and QA reviews.

Qualified candidates will have 3–5 years in data reconciliation or regulatory reporting, advanced Excel skills, and experience with Power BI.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in data reconciliation or regulatory reporting.
• Advanced Excel with PivotTables, XLOOKUP, Power Query.
• Experience analyzing large data sets.
• Familiar with prompt engineering and AI tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliations across internal systems and regulatory reports.
• Validate data supporting MCR, NMLS, and licensing reports.
• Develop operational, reconciliation, and management reports.
• Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Translate regulatory requirements into validation processes.
• Use Excel and Power BI to analyze large datasets and develop reports.
• Document reconciliation procedures and data dictionaries.
