Homebridge Inc is seeking a Program Associate on the Technology team in San Francisco. You will own client and service data accuracy across Homebridge systems, performing high-volume data entry, maintaining records, and preparing data for compliance and partner reporting.

This hands-on role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and experience with data validation, Zendesk, and HIPAA-compliant filing. Hybrid work and collaboration with analysts are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred; substantial work experience may qualify.
• 1+ year of data entry or records processing experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills including sorting, filtering, lookups.

Responsabilités

• Perform high-volume data entry into VinCent and other systems with high accuracy.
• Set up new clients and maintain profiles, referrals, and statuses.
• Check records for completeness and resolve discrepancies before billing.
• Process SOC 3075 forms in Zendesk and verify signatures and dates.
• Maintain organized client records and HIPAA-compliant filing.
