The analyst will conduct data quality audits, resolve moderately complex data issues from user entry and integrations, and train IA staff on Raiser's Edge/NXT.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data in RISD's CRM and Raiser's Edge/NXT to ensure data health for outreach, reporting and analysis.
• Identify and resolve moderately complex data issues resulting from user entry or integrations with campus systems and external platforms.
• Conduct training sessions for Institutional Advancement employees on Raiser's Edge/NXT and update training materials.
