Job summary

Jacksonville Housing Authority is seeking a Data Integrity Analyst I to support daily data maintenance in Yardi and HUD systems, ensure data accuracy, and generate essential reports for SEMAP and compliance. The role reports to the Operation Compliance Manager and sits in the Operation Compliance Department in Jacksonville, FL.

The candidate will develop and maintain data reports, validate information, and coordinate training with staff and vendors to ensure data integrity across programs,

Qualifications

• This position requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration, statistics, or information technology.
• Minimum of three years of IT experience or equivalent education/work experience.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily use and management of data in Yardi and analyze NIMP process utilization.
• Develop reports to manage data integrity in the property management system.
• Support daily operations and assist in strategic planning for data maintenance.
• Validate information in both the management system and HUD's PIC system.
• Provide weekly EIV reports to Compliance Specialists for corrections.
• Communicate with internal departments and stakeholders to coordinate training.
