We’re seeking a hands-on Integrations Specialist to manage target handoffs, maintain live integrations, and coordinate client discussions. You will document processes, collaborate with engineers on escalations, and be the go-to contact for integrations.

• 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising and/or publishing.
• Strong communication skills with a clear client-facing approach.
• Confidence to lead agency and pharma client meetings.
• Project management: lead multiple projects concurrently.
• Requirements gathering and translating requests into actionable specs.

• Act as quarterback for client discussions and implementations.
• Manage custom PLD reports; gather requirements and shepherd implementation with DSP and scripts.
• Collaborate with engineers on escalation cases.
• Manage documentation for internal and client integrations.
• Be the primary contact for all integrations-related queries.

What You’ll Do

• Hands on experience with integrations management
• Manage target list handoffs
• Supporting existing/live integrations maintenance
• Acting as quarterback for organization of client discussions and implementations
• Manage custom PLD reports, work with clients to gather requirements, shepherd implementation with the DSP and custom scripts (where applicable)
• Collaborate with engineers on escalation cases
• Manage documentation process for all internal & client integrations
• Be clients’ main point of contact for all things integrations-related

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising and/or publishing, supported by a strong analytical background
• Strong communication skills, confidently able to work in a client facing capacity
• Confidence to run agency & pharma client meetings
• Project management skills (must be able to spearhead and manage multiple projects at once)
• Requirements gathering: ability to partner with businesses and convert requests into requirements and be able to execute them
• Coordinate with the internal team to make sure delivery is on time (able to mitigate issues and think ahead)
• Strong understanding of data transfer methods like sFTP and S3
• Ongoing curiosity and drive to find process optimization/automation opportunities

DeepIntent is proud to offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of a base salary range of $80,000 -$100,000. The base salary range takes into consideration each candidates skills, experience and qualifications.
