Job summary

DYCK-O'NEAL, INC in Dallas seeks an Integration, Analytics & Reporting Services Manager to oversee data integrations, analytical solutions, enterprise reporting, and related IT support services. This role develops and maintains integrations and reports, responds to IT tickets, and supervises a SQL Report Developer/Report Builder.

The ideal candidate has strong SQL skills, experience with SFTP-based file transfers, and familiarity with Power BI, Microsoft technologies, and report-management

Qualifications

• Strong SQL development and optimization skills.
• Experience with SSRS, Report Builder, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with SFTP and secure file transfers.
• Experience leading IT tickets and supervising staff.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain data integrations between internal and external systems.
• Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and data extracts.
• Manage secure file transfers using SFTP, including scheduling and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets, and data models.
• Support Microsoft reporting technologies (SSRS, Report Builder, Report Manager).
• Analyze data to identify trends and process-improvement opportunities.
• Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders and maintain documentation.
