We are seeking an Integration, Analytics & Reporting Services Manager to oversee data integrations, analytical solutions, enterprise reporting, and related IT support services. This position will develop and maintain integrations and reports, respond to assigned IT support tickets, and supervise a SQL Report Developer/Report Builder.

The ideal candidate has strong SQL skills, experience with SFTP-based file transfers, and familiarity with Power BI, Microsoft technologies, and report-management tools. This role requires both hands-on technical expertise and the ability to manage staff, priorities, and service requests.

Key Responsibilities
Integration, Analytics, and Reporting
  • Design, develop, maintain, and monitor data integrations between internal and external systems.
  • Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and data extracts.
  • Manage secure file transfers using SFTP, including scheduling, monitoring, file validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets, and data models.
  • Create, publish, schedule, and manage operational and analytical reports.
  • Support Microsoft reporting technologies, including SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Report Builder, and Report Manager.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, exceptions, and process-improvement opportunities.
  • Validate report results and investigate data-quality or reconciliation issues.
  • Gather reporting and integration requirements from business stakeholders.
  • Maintain technical documentation, data mappings, report definitions, and support procedures.
IT Support and Ticket Management
  • Respond to assigned IT service tickets promptly and professionally.
  • Troubleshoot reporting, database, integration, file-transfer, application, and user-access issues.
  • Document ticket activity, investigation steps, solutions, and follow-up actions.
  • Prioritize requests based on urgency, business impact, and established service-level expectations.
  • Escalate complex infrastructure, security, or application issues to the appropriate technical teams.
  • Identify recurring problems and recommend permanent solutions, automation, or process improvements.
  • Communicate ticket status, expected resolution times, and outcomes clearly to end users and stakeholders.
Leadership and Supervision
  • Directly supervise a SQL Report Developer/Report Builder.
  • Assign and prioritize report-development, maintenance, and support requests.
  • Review SQL queries, reports, dashboards, and technical documentation for accuracy, quality, security, and performance.
  • Provide coaching, technical guidance, performance feedback, and professional development support.
  • Balance staff workloads and ensure reporting requests are completed within agreed-upon timelines.
  • Establish and maintain reporting-development standards, naming conventions, testing procedures, and documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate priorities with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience writing, reviewing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex SQL queries.
  • Experience developing or supporting reports using SSRS, Microsoft Report Builder, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with SFTP protocols, secure file transfers, and file-processing workflows.
  • Experience developing or supporting Microsoft Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products and technologies, such as SQL Server, Microsoft 365, Excel, Power Automate, or Azure.
  • Experience managing IT tickets through a help-desk or service-management platform.
  • Understanding of data integration, transformation, validation, and reconciliation concepts.
  • Previous experience supervising, mentoring, or providing technical direction to staff.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Strong written, verbal, and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ETL or data-integration tools, processes, and scheduling platforms.
  • Familiarity with APIs and data-exchange formats such as CSV, XML, and JSON.
  • Experience with Power BI data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and gateway management.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure data and analytics services.
  • Experience with automated job scheduling, monitoring, and incident resolution.
  • Familiarity with IT service-management practices and service-level agreements.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
Success in This Role

The successful candidate will be a hands-on technical leader who can manage reporting and integration responsibilities while providing responsive support to end users.
