Job summary

Higher Logic is seeking a Data Integration Consultant to configure, validate, and maintain mappings that connect customers\' third-party systems with Higher Logic applications. You will translate incoming JSON objects into target objects, apply transformations, and verify results to support onboarding and ongoing integrations.

This role reports to the VP, Product Management and collaborates with Sales, Partnerships, and Engineering to assess integration opportunities, document mappings, and

Qualifications

• Ability to understand structured data and JSON, including objects, properties, identifiers, relationships, and custom fields.
• Practical skill with data transformation, formulas, conditional logic, filters, and validation.
• Ability to investigate source data and destination results using appropriate query and inspection tools.
• Understanding of SaaS integrations, APIs, authentication, and data synchronization.

Responsibilities

• Review source-system documentation, sample JSON payloads, and available data to understand objects, properties, identifiers, relationships, and limitations.
• Configure source-to-target mappings through the integration platform with mappings, transformations, and literals.
• Apply mappings to customer onboarding, data conversion, and ongoing integrations across systems.
• Run and validate mappings, compare results, and investigate anomalies.
