Higher Logic, LLC seeks a Data Integration Consultant to configure, validate, and optimize mappings between customers’ systems and Higher Logic applications. You will translate JSON structures into target objects, apply transformations, and ensure data integrity across onboarding and ongoing integrations.

You will partner with Sales, Partnerships, and Engineering to assess new integration opportunities and provide expert mapping guidance.

Formación

Ability to understand structured data and JSON, including objects, properties, identifiers, relationships, and custom fields.
Practical skill with data transformation, formulas, conditional logic, filters, and validation.
Working proficiency with SQL and API testing sufficient to support data checks and technical diagnosis.
Understanding of SaaS integrations, APIs, authentication, and data synchronization.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through across multiple customer configurations.
Clear written and verbal communication with technical and nontechnical colleagues, customers, and vendors.
Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and use AI effectively while validating results.

Responsabilidades

Review source-system documentation and sample JSON payloads to understand objects and relationships.
Configure source-to-target mappings, including one-to-one field mappings and transformations.
Apply mappings to customer onboarding, data conversion, and ongoing integrations.
Run and validate mappings, compare results, and investigate data issues.
Maintain mappings as systems and requirements change; document findings.
