A U.S.-based investment capital firm that acquires and scales businesses across a range of industries. As the firm continues to grow its portfolio, it is placing increased focus on creating unified, scalable systems that support long-term operational success.

They seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Integration Specialists to help drive this initiative. This role will support the integration of newly acquired businesses into the firm’s core systems, with a focus on building structured, sustainable data flows and ensuring data integrity across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead post-acquisition data alignment efforts, integrating disparate systems into a unified Salesforce environment
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to design data flows and processes that support operational needs
• Develop and manage system integrations using API-based and middleware solutions (Mulesoft, Boomi, Informatica etc.)
• Oversee data mapping, transformation, and consolidation across multiple platforms
• Create and maintain structured reporting and dashboards for business users
• Implement processes to support ongoing data accuracy and governance
• Serve as a key advisor on how Salesforce can support scalability and efficiency across the portfolio

Candidate Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in a Salesforce-focused role with responsibility for data management and system integration
• Demonstrated experience consolidating data and integrating systems in a complex or multi-entity environment
• Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and secure data handling practices
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with ETL tools and scripting languages such as Python
• Background in M&A, private equity, or a similarly fast-paced, acquisition-driven environment
• Familiarity with modern integration tools and business intelligence platforms
• Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders in operational or strategic roles
