Job summary

Caris MPI, Inc. is seeking a Data Integration Engineer to build back-end data integrations for EMR, billing, and data warehouses. You will lead ETL processes across multiple internal systems to support analytics dashboards, while bridging business and technical needs.

The role requires 3+ years of ETL and relational database experience, HL7 knowledge, and ability to work independently within an Agile environment. Epic Beaker/Beckers familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3+ years of ETL programming experience.
• 3+ years of experience with relational databases.
• Experience with HL7 messaging and healthcare data.
• Experience integrating data across EMR, billing, and data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between business and technology by gathering requirements and defining integration approaches.
• Assemble large datasets for ingestion into Caris systems.
• Contribute to architectural design of clinical informatics and BI infrastructure.
• Establish access to EMRs across platforms using DB, HL7, FHIR, APIs or related methods.
• Gather requirements in an agile fashion and build dashboard outputs from ETL data.
