Job summary

Waste Harmonics Keter is seeking a Project Coordinator, Data & Insights in Stamford, CT to drive coordination of analytical initiatives. You will organize projects, facilitate stakeholder communications, and help ensure on-time delivery of critical insights across teams.

The ideal candidate brings 2–5 years of project coordination experience, strong communication, and a knack for turning complex data-related work into clear updates for technical and business partners.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–5 years in project coordination or similar role.
• Experience supporting data, analytics, or cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clear, actionable updates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple Data & Insights projects from initiation to completion.
• Lead stakeholder meetings, prepare agendas, and track decisions.
• Serve as primary contact for requests, triaging work and prioritizing tasks.
• Maintain visibility into projects, risks, milestones, and resources.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Operations, and other teams.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve coordination and efficiency.
