Job summary

ApTask seeks a detail-oriented professional with 2+ years in project management, operations, or a related analytical role to drive cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution. You will coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage progress, and leverage Excel/Sheets for data-driven decisions.

Experience with SQL/BigQuery is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred, and e-commerce/travel/marketplace experience is a plus. This is a full-time on-site position in Norwalk, CT.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management, operations, business operations, program coordination, consulting, or a related analytical role.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and driving progress across teams with competing priorities.
• Strong experience working with Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivots, and data organization.
• Experience running data pulls and performing analysis to support operational or business decisions.
• Experience with SQL, BigQuery, or similar querying/reporting tools preferred.
• Experience maintaining project trackers, action logs, status reports, or similar project management documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• E-commerce, travel, marketplace, or operational compliance experience is a plus.
