Job summary

Robotic Technologies Automation is seeking a Data Analyst to drive data-driven decisions across business teams. The role emphasizes SQL querying, dashboard development with Power BI or Tableau, and robust data modeling to support KPIs and insights.

The ideal candidate will analyze large datasets, perform ad hoc analyses, and translate business needs into analytical solutions while maintaining comprehensive documentation and data quality practices.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
• Good understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, including PivotTables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience working with relational databases and large datasets.
• Knowledge of Python/Pandas for data analysis and automation is preferred.
• Understanding of statistical concepts, KPIs, trends, and business metrics.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and converting requirements into analytical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Perform data profiling, reconciliation, trend analysis, and root cause analysis.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful analytical solutions and KPIs.
• Build data models and reusable datasets for reporting and analysis.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to support business and operational decisions.
• Identify data quality issues and work with engineering/business teams to resolve them.
• Automate recurring reports and analytical processes where possible.
• Present analytical findings and actionable insights to business stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation for reports, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical processes.
